Physical and Chemical Properties | Chemical quality This product is a yellow robe emulsion, which has the characteristics of good stability, high resolution rate, wide light source permission range, and good bridging performance in the mesh. |
Use | Use as a screen photosensitive adhesive. Usage is as follows: take 8 parts of diazonium salt photosensitizer, stir into slurry, add diluent, add 900 parts of photosensitive latex, stir, static defoaming, it is coated on the dried screen plate washed with 0.5% NaOH aqueous solution, exposed, developed and repaired with hardener. The screen plate coated with this product has good photosensitivity. |
The photosensitive adhesive should be stored and used within the range of 18~25 ℃. If the temperature is too high in summer, it is best to store it in an air-conditioned environment. The sensitized photoresist should be stored in a refrigerator at 10-15 ℃ to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the photoresist. Do not store below 5 ℃. Photosensitizers can be stored in a refrigerator at 0-5 ℃.
1. Synthesis of diazonium salt photosensitizers
Add the measured methoxy diaminodiphenyl to the reactor and dissolve it with hydrochloric acid. Then cool to 0 ℃, slowly add sodium nitrite aqueous solution, and stir for 2-4 hours to obtain diazonium salt. Then, formaldehyde is added for condensation reaction to obtain diazonium salt photosensitizer.
2. Synthesis of photosensitive latex
Refine vinyl acetate and acrylic ester separately. Then add it to the emulsification kettle, and then add sodium dodecyl sulfate and distilled water for emulsification. Emulsify at room temperature for 40 minutes. Add the lotion into the polymerizer, slowly heat it to 50 ℃, then slowly add the initiator potassium persulfate aqueous solution, and react at 70~80 ℃ for about 2h. Depressurize, evaporate the free monomer, finally add the thickening agent polyvinyl alcohol, and stir to form a colloidal lotion.
Synthesis of diazonium salt photosensitizer Metered methoxydiamine diphenyl is added to the reaction kettle and dissolved with hydrochloric acid. Then cool to 0 ℃, slowly add sodium borylene aqueous solution, and stir for 2~4 h to obtain diazonium salt. Then formaldehyde is added for condensation reaction to obtain diazonium salt photosensitizer.
Synthesis of Photoseceptor Emulsion The decene acetate and acrylate were refined respectively. Then it is added into the emulsification kettle, then sodium dodecyl sulfate and distilled water are added for emulsification, and emulsified at room temperature for 40 min. Add the emulsion to the polymerization kettle, slowly heat to 50 ℃, then slowly add the initiator potassium persulfate aqueous solution, and react at 70~80 ℃ for about 2 h. Decompression, evaporate the separated monomer, finally add the thickener polyvinyl alcohol, and stir into a colloidal emulsion.
